Do you sometimes feel like you don’t know who you are?
In the midst of all the distractions of everyday life, we often forget to center ourselves.
Many of us have created a reality in which something is constantly beeping or ringing, in which some message is constantly coming in or someone is sending a post, and when that’s not happening, they post something themselves in the endless expanses of the many media.
Even when they don’t have anything to do, they’re looking at the world through the small screen of some device.
How is it with you?
Similar?
Do you also like to distract yourself?
From your feelings, your fears, your unfulfilled expectations, from anger or frustration?
Do you also like to escape into virtual worlds from your here and now?
We all like to do that.
However, we quickly lose the connection to ourselves.
The contact with our feelings, our intuition, our heart guidance.
The connection with your true being, with your higher guidance through your heart, you can only achieve in silence.
You only get into this connection when you FEEL.
When you center yourself in yourself and feel into your heart.
When you are ready to allow all your feelings.
Acknowledge them, give them space, just let them be.
This centering in yourself, in meditation, in nature, in silence, in just being, is so very important for your awakening, for your becoming conscious.
It brings you into tranquility.
Into serenity.
It allows you a higher view of your being.
It makes you feel the love of your Higher Self and your spiritual family.
It anchors you in your conscious being, in your creative power and in your light.
Allow yourself this connection, these moments of stillness.
Connect with your Higher Self.
Every day.
As often as you can!
